Jen joined Cardio Surgical Partners following a lengthy tenure in the Medical Device industry specializing in the sales of Cardiac Rhythm Management products. With an extensive background in market development, sales, education, and management, Jen brings a wealth of experience to her role. She has held positions at three prominent cardiac device companies, operating in both Florida and California. Throughout her 18-year career, Jen has been recognized with multiple accolades, including being awarded Regional Therapy Consultant of the Year on two occasions, in addition to numerous sales achievements.

In late 2018, Jen made the decision to transition from the medical device sector and became an invaluable member of the Cardio Surgical Partners team. Her contributions have been instrumental in the establishment of several surgery centers and the successful implementation of Cardiology Programs within those centers.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Jen takes great pride in her role as a mother to her 8-year-old Boy/Girl Twins, who constantly keep her engaged. She holds a deep affection for California and appreciates the diverse range of activities it offers her and her family, such as camping, beach outings, and tending to her garden.

She eagerly looks forward to forging connections and providing assistance to physicians, surgical centers, and patients alike. Jen holds an MBA from the University of Tampa, located in Tampa, Florida.
